Our working agreement.
Travel to site on the agreed time and day to film for the agreed scope of shoot noted in the booking form. Post-shoot footage will be handled & stored by EIGHT2B for up to 90 days* and passed to any 3rd party editors if requested.
Final files are released to the client upon full receipt of payment to Guy Wistuba as EIGHT2B within the agreed time, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
Payment
- Balance due: 7 days after full shoot completion
- Travel: £30 surcharge applies per shoot for location travel.

File storage
All files are hosted by EIGHT2B for 90 days via a Google Drive folder link sent in your post-shoot email. The 90 days begin from the time of the post-shoot email. After this time footage storage may be removed at any time — please ensure all shared content is downloaded locally within this time frame.
Pre-shoot
Clients must be willing to speak on camera when the shoot is for ads. Location sites must be in a suitable condition to be on camera — clean, tidy worksite, installations done to code, scaffolding erected safely with side protection, PPE worn and no smoking on site during filming.
Please ensure homeowner permission is agreed to film home and garden where relevant.
